Title : Spearfishing the Antares- Pensacola, FL
Description : Pensacola Dive Spot: Antares Spearfishing and diving the Antares...this wreck is my favorite dive spot in Pensacola...it has so much to see! The dive site consists of a 400' long freighter, broken and scattered on the ocean floor due to Hurricane Opal in 1995. This makes a trip to the Antares seem as if you are exploring several wrecks at once. Great for spearfishing as the wreck is populated with with moray eels, red snapper, grouper, cobia and amberjack. Diving location: 21 miles ESE of Pensacola Pass just west of the Oriskany. Depths range 90-135’. Location: 30˚ 00.473' N 87˚ 07.840' W Need a Diving Charter?
